The Chai Coach Exclusive Approach

Lee, the Coach, developed a new and effective approach to address antisemitism and its impact on us. The 5-session group coaching program takes a unique, action-oriented approach to addressing antisemitism and its impact on daily life. We begin with education on the realities of oppression. As a group, each participant identifies and helps set realistic goals to navigate through the feelings associated with antisemitism in effective manner—whether that means developing coping strategies, building confidence in responding to difficult situations, or finding ways to stay healthy and productive despite external stressors. In each session, we review and refine past approaches, ensuring that participants continuously improve their ability to manage challenges making the experience more effective. To make the experience even more effective,

The Chai Coach introduces an innovative component to group coaching: role-playing and scenario rehearsals. This technique allows participants to practice responses to real life situations in a safe, supportive space—reducing anxiety and increasing confidence when facing antisemitism in the world. Through structured sessions, peer support, and hands-on learning, our group coaching workshops empower individuals to stand strong, stay resilient, and thrive.
